3 trees saved on UL campus

As University of Lafayette students are gone for Christmas break, the oak tree controversy is finally settled.

After many meetings and input from a committee of fifty that included students as well as community leaders, plans for new housing and parking is set. Only 3 of the 6 trees fought over will have to go.
