
A Lafayette judge says a former high school counselor knew exactly what she was doing when she allegedly had a sexual repationship with a female high school freshman. A judge says Allison Hargrave was metally competant when she entered into that affair in 2009.
Her attorneys argued otherwise. The ruling comes after reviewing results of a state-sanctioned medical evaulation. No word, yet, on when Hargrave will be back in court.
