The ad shows a group of men sneaking through a hole cut into a fence with a lighted sign that reads, "enter here." It also has a greeting committee holding a banner that says, "Melancon welcomes you and welcome to the USA.

The ad has sparked controversy and outrage with some Hispanics groups.
