Thursday, October 7, 2010 - 6:57pm

Students and faculty across the state continue to protest at their respected universities.

Hundreds gathered in the quad at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Thursday morning. Students led the crowd in chants against steep budget cuts to the school. They also posted tombstones in a make shift graveyard, mourning the loss of several programs that are set to be dropped if the cuts continue.
