Baton Rouge Driver Responsible For Cyclists' Injuries Pleads Not Guilty

The Baton Rouge man accused of drunk driving and hitting two cyclists thereby.killing one has plead not guilty.

Twenty-eight year old Joseph Branch is charged with driving while intoxicated, vehicular homicide and negligent injury.

One of the cyclists Nathaniel Crowson died at the scene.

According to the Baton Rouge Police Department branch's blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit when the accident happened.
