Health Care Scammer Pleads Guilty

Prosecutors call it the biggest case of Healthcare fraud in US history.
 

The giant drug company Glaxosmithkline plead guilty to promoting illegal use of its drugs for diabetes, depression, and other disorders.

Glaxo has agreed to pay three billion dollars after marketing two anti-depressants Paxil and Wellbutrin without government approval.

GSK also says it hid data showing that Avandia a diabetes drug increased the risk of heart attacks in some people.
