Jindal vows not to raise taxes

UNDATED - Governor Bobby Jindal has vowed not to raise taxes when he presents the annual state budget Friday.

However, there will be some cuts, many of which will come in the health care area.

The governor talked about this issue in his visit to Lafayette over the weekend.
