LAFAYETTE - A Lafayette city police officer is still on leave after mishandling an arrest during Mardi Gras.
Fox 15 has obtained video of the incident posted on CNN's ireport.com.
You can see the officer shaking and yelling at a young girl after she was detained after a fight.
The video was taken by a parade attendee.
