One movie just wrapped up filming and another will begin in Lafayette this Spring.
The old John Wayne movie, True Grit, will begin filming in just a few short months.
A casting call was held yesterday to find an actress to play the lead role.
Paramount Pictures was searching for a 12 to 16 year old actress to play the original role of Kim Darby.
