A former Lafayette High School teacher has been cleared of indecent behavior with a junvenile charges.
 

Thirty year old Katie Chaumpine, a dance teacher was accused of inappropriately touching a student.

A grand jury said there wasn't sufficient evidence to put her on trial.

 
 Chaumpine was arrested in December.

 Now she's been cleared of all charges.
