PGA And Louisiana Open Officials Receive Contract Extension

  PGA and Louisiana Open officials have announced a contract extension.

 

This means the Louisiana Open will continue to bring professional golf and golfers to Acadiana through 2016.

 

"Our contract that was expiring after this year has been renewed with the PGA Tour for four more years through our silver anniversary through 2016. Chitimatcha Louisiana Open staff,Board of Directors, charities, and sponsors are excited to keep this event in South Louisiana like i said for four more years with the help of the PGA Tour and the partnership with Mike Maraist and his staff here at Letriomphe Golf and Country Club "

   

  The Chitimacha Louisiana Open starts play on Thursday.

 

Tickets for the golf tournament are available at Le Triomphe and the tournament ends on Sunday.
