Senator Michot proposes money saving bill

BATON ROUGE - Louisiana Senator Mike Michot from Lafayette is proposing a bill which would use the power of the Mississippi river to lower electricity bills.

Michot says turbines would make the Pelican state cleaner and more innovative.
