Accused drug dealer runs from police still in handcuffs

 A suspect still locked in handcuffs managed to get away from police officers.

The incident happened on Tuesday, Oct. 16 shortly before midnight at Marino’s Food Mart. We’re told Dandre Brown, 23, was detained and placed under arrest by officers for allegedly selling illegal drugs at the location.

Brown was among a few other individuals who were arrested, but he was the only one who managed to escape. Officials say he ran away while still wearing handcuffs. A warrant for his arrest was issued on Wednesday, Oct. 17.

Brown is a black male, 5'9", 160lbs, with dread locks, four gold teeth and has a tattoo of a cross in the center of his face.

Brown is wanted for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Schedule 4 Narcotics, Possession of Schedule 2 Narcotics, Theft, Resisting an Officer and Simple Escape.
