Arc of Acadiana's new facility officially open to the public
Facility for people with disabilities as well as the general public
LAFAYETTE, LA (KADN) — The Arc of Acadiana is officially open to the public with a ribbon cutting ceremony this morning to commemorate the new 12,000 square-foot facility on Eraste Landry. This new building will centralize all of Arc's Lafayette parish services in one location.
"Arc of Acadiana has grown so much over the years, and it's our mission to support people with disabilities but now we're able to support other people in the community and we're really excited about it," says Cindy Leleux, Chief Operations Officer with Arc of Acadiana.
In addition to centralizing all of Arc's primary services the new building will also house a full-service family practice clinic, called Lafayette Family Healthcare. This will include health services for clients, Arc employees and the general public.
