Baton Rouge man charged with possession of child pornography
BATON ROUGE, LA — A Baton Rouge resident has been arrested and charged with one count of possessing pornography involving juveniles, announced Louisiana Attorney General Caldwell.
Agents arrested Jacob Paul Clouatre, 23, on Monday following a joint investigation involving the Attorney General’s High Technology Crime Unit and the Baton Rouge Police Department. Clouatre was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
Clouatre is charged with violating a state law forbidding a person to produce, distribute, possess, or possess with the intent to distribute pornography involving juveniles. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
