
BATON ROUGE, LA — Former LSU Heisman Trophy winner Billy Cannon was released from the hospital yesterday and should make a full recovery.
Cannon was released from a Baton Rouge Hospital on Thursday, Feb. 21. Cannon suffered a stroke on Tuesday. His family tells us that he is resting comfortably.
Cannon is employed as a dentist at the Louisiana State Penitentiary. He was at work when he suffered the stroke.
