Just a day after a not guilty plea on federal charges, the man accused of calling in a bomb threat to LSU also pled not guilty in district court. 42 year old William Bouvay junior was charged with communicating false information of a planned bombing on school property.
He entered that not guilty plea this morning. Bouvay was appointed a public defender.There is no word when the local trial will take place however he is set to be in a federal courtroom in December.
