ST. MARTINVILLE, LA — On March 28, at approximately 3:00 p.m., St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents were working in the area of Henderson, when they observed the driver of a green colored vehicle committing multiple traffic violations.
Subsequently, Agents conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle due to the observed violations.
During the traffic stop, the driver, Stage Allemond, 31, Breaux Bridge, advised Agents that he was in possession of methamphetamine.
Agents received consent to search and they located a substantial amount of illegal narcotics including methamphetamine, high grade marijuana, scales, and other drug paraphernalia.
Allemond was charged with Failure to Signal, Driving Left of Center, Possession With Intent to Distribute a Schedule I C.D.S. (Methamphetamine), Possession With Intent to Distribute a Schedule I C.D.S. (Marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
