CADDO PARISH, LA — Caddo Parish deputies are searching for a man who allegedly hurt three of his friend's young children.

Law enforcement officials say Donovan Eugene Phillips, 34, of Greenwood, committed batteries on a 2, 4 and 5-year-old child. Three warrants have been issued for cruelty to juveniles. His bonds total $60,000.

Phillips is accused of hurting his friend's children multiple times back in July. Anyone with information about Phillips’ location is urged to call 675-2170.
