Lafayette, La. (KADN) — It's NCAA regional baseball time for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and it cranks up tomorrow at Moore Field. The only question mark is how much the rain will effect the games. The Cajuns will play at six tomorrow night vs. Jackson State, but the tail gating will start long before that first pitch.
For over twenty years Pat McDonald and Mike Strong have been tail gating with their Cajun Tails group with great food, cold beverages, and great times before UL baseball home games. Through thick and thin, the Cajun Tails have supported the Ragin Cajun baseball team, and tomorrow and through the weekend it will be big time for the guys and gals of the Cajun Tails.
If you are going to the sold out regional look for the Cajun Tails big tent across from the baseball field not far from the big oak tree. Tomorrow it's Mississippi State vs. San Diego State at 1pm and then the Cajuns will play Jackson State with first pitch set for 6pm.
