The nationally ranked UL Ragin Cajun baseball team continued their winning ways with a solid week of 3 wins and 1 loss. That one loss happened Saturday night at Moore Field against Texas State by a 10 to 3 score. That's where the controversy happened. UL head coach Tony Robichaux came out of the dugout to argue the home plate umpire's decision. Don Hudson accused Robichaux of bumping him twice during the dispute and Robichaux was tossed from the game because of the susposed contact.

KADN FOX 15's sister station MY KLAF TV was broadcasting live during that Saturday game when all the fireworks happened. You can take a look at the replay video and you try to determine if Coach Robichaux bumped the umpire once much less twice! By NCAA rule, two bumps equates to an automatic four game suspension for the UL coach which started in Sunday's game against Texas State. The man making the accusations is the umpire that makes the ejection and walks away.
