Campaign ad war continues

As the campaigning continues, so does the campaign ad war.
With both sides spending staggering amounts to get their message out this week alone, a combined total of more than 127,000,000 dollars is being spent in critical battleground states on ads.

By comparison, the 2000 Presidential election between Bush and Gore had a combined total of 136,000,000 to spend in the general election. In this election to date more than 950,000,000 dollars has been spent on Presidential contest radio and tv ads.
