Another event in Acadiana this weekend the househould chemical drop off.
The annual event is a chance for people to safely dispose of everything from old cans of paint, poison, chemical cleaners and even computers and other electronics.

 Organizers say about 1000 cars rolled into the Cajun Field parking lot to drop off their stuff.
The next chemical household day will be next year in April.
