Congressman Boustany feels good on the eve of the election
Believes his hard campaigning will show
Lafayette, LA (KADN) — We caught up with running mate Dr. Charles Boustany to see what he is doing on the eve of this important election. Congressman Boustany is not taking a break before tomorrow's runoff. He has been working day and night answering questions at town meetings, visiting residents and answering any questions they might have. He is spreading the word about how important it is to exercise our right to vote, and he's asking for your vote tomorrow.
"When you run for public office, your asking people to put their trust in you. For the last eight years folks across south Louisiana havae put their trust in me to do the very best to represent them in Washington and I've done everything I can to earn that trust every single day. On the eve of this election I'm asking for support once again cause I'll get out and I'll work harder than anybody to continue to earn that trust," says Congressman Boustany.
The congressman says that he feels comfortable where he is right now. He feels the hard work of his campaign will show in tomorrow night's election, and he is ready to get back to Washington to fight for Louisiana's District 3.
