Two vehicles involved in the crash; one had severe damage.

A witness of the crash said that a car driven by Douglas Hebert, 33, of Youngsville, was traveling on Albertson Pkwy when he disregarded a 'right turn only' traffic signal and drove straight. Hebert ended up colliding with a truck driven by Chris Henderson, 53, of Lafayette, who had a green light.
