Delivery driver robbed at gunpoint for cash, pizza

A pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint by two men last night. The suspects got away with the driver’s cash and the pizza he was supposed to deliver.

The Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office reports that the incident occurred on Monday, Feb. 11 at roughly 8:00 p.m. We’re told two black males approached the Domino’s Pizza delivery driver in the 2500 block of Phyllis Drive in New Iberia. The men allegedly robbed the driver at gunpoint and took off with an undisclosed amount of money and the pizza.

Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspects. Officials could not provide a detailed description of the suspects.
