NATALBANY, LA (NBC33) — A 74-year-old man confessed this weekend to the aggravated rape of a child.

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office reports that the investigation began on Friday, Oct. 19. We’re told deputies were called out to Natalbany because several people witnessed a man forcing himself on a 3-year-old child.

Investigators arrested and questioned Morrison Lee Furlow. We’re told he confessed to his actions during the investigation.

Furlow was charged with Aggravated Rape of a Juvenile.
