Friday, October 26, 2012 - 4:28pm

If you are looking for something scary to do this weekend check out the new "Fright Trail" on Cameron Street, its scary fun and for a good cause.  The winding trail through the woods sets the perfect ambiance for Halloween. This trail has everything from giant spiders and haunted gravesites throughout 20 acres of land. Another great part of this new attraction is that all of the proceeds go toward Literacy Inc which has a mission to end illiteracy in the State Of Louisiana.

With money collected from Fright Trail, Literacy Inc is going to buy e-readers to give to seniors in the local high schools so make sure you bring your comfortable shoes because you might find yourself running through the trail instead of just walking. The cost is twenty dollars a person to enter so if your in the mood for something scary run out to fright trail and help a worthy cause.
