6 members of Governor Jindal's emergency team are joining the response on the East Coast.
Pennsylvania asked for 2 advance teams and Maryland asked for the other.
The teams bound for Pennsylvania left yesterday. The team headed to Marlyand and is still trying to get there.
They will be in the command center leading first responders as the storm moves through the Northeast and there is a chance more local workers will travel there in the days to come.
Pennsylvania and Maryland have both sent workers to Louisiana when we have asked for help.
They each provided hundreds of people in the aftermath of hurricanes Katrina and Gustav,
