Lafayette, LA (KADN) —

Just a few weeks before election day, the race for Third Congressional District continues to heat up. 

Frontrunners Charles Boustany and Jeff Landry haven't found much common ground. But there is one thing they agree on; in fact, it's something both men have been fighting for: a larger VA clinic for Lafayette and Acadiana veterans.

In addition to Landry and Boustany, the Veterans Action Coalition of Southwest Louisiana is working towards this project.
