LOCATED: Runaway teen missing since November located in Eunice

UPDATE: Sheriff Daniel Edwards reports the missing 16 year old Quanesha Sims of Independence has been located. Sheriff Edwards was notified today that Sims was located in Eunice, La. and is reported to be in good health.
