A federal grand jurry has indicted William Bouvay after he admitted to calling in the bomb threat at LSU 

LSU bomb threat caller arrested

The man accused of calling in a bomb threat at LSU and forcing a massive evacuation is in jail tonight. LSU police say 42 year old William Bouvay is responsible.
