Mamou Man Arrested On Harassment Charges

A man who allegedly confessed to harassing a juvenile and threatening her boyfriend was arrested Wednesday. Dustin Spears, 30, of Mamou turned himself in and was charged with cyberstalking. His bond was set at $7,500.
