LOCATED: 13-year-old boy from Sulphur in need of medical attention
SULPHUR, LA — UPDATE: Officials say Gavin Arabie has been located and he is safe.
ORIGINAL: A 13-year-old boy from Sulphur went missing early yesterday morning. His parents say he’s in need of medicine twice a day.
The Sulphur Police Department reports that Gavin Arabie was last seen shortly before 6:00 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 10. His last known location was at Calcasieu’s Cameron Hospital on Cypress Street in Sulphur.
Arabie’s mother says Gavin’s mental state has not been stable and he is in need of medical attention.
Officials sternly warn that anyone harboring Arabie will face “serious charges.”
