In addition to the Presidential election and local races there are nine constitutional amendments to vote on. They range from when lawmakers can file bills to the right to bear arms.
The proposals can be lengthy and you will not have much time once you are in the booth to read them, understand them, and then vote on them.
That is why the Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana has put out a guide to the amendments. Robert Travis Scott with par told us today the guide is critical to knowing what you are voting for.
