LAFAYETTE, LA — Police are working to identify two suspects believed to be responsible for shooting a 29-year-old man twice last night.
The Lafayette Police Department responded to the incident at roughly 10:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 25. When officers arrived they found the victim at a nearby residence suffering from the gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
Witnesses told police that two suspects fled the area in a sliver or gray 4-door vehicle with tinted windows. The only description they could provide is that they are black males.
