SHREVEPORT, LA — Authorities have arrested a local man accused of firing shots into a home in west Shreveport last week.
On Wednesday, detectives took into custody, Jerry Foster, 25, of Shreveport, after evidence suggested he was involved in a shooting that happened back on October 6.
Foster was charged with illegal use of a weapon, along with a charge of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Foster is accused of firing several rounds into an empty vehicle and home, both in the 4700 block of Gramlin Place after learning of a dispute involving a family member and the owner of the car and house.
Witnesses told police Foster was the alleged shooter. He was then arrested and booked into the Shreveport City Jail on illegal use of a weapon charges and felon in possession of a firearm.
