New information is resurfacing out of Assumption Parish
Texas Brine the company being blamed for that sinkhole in assumption parish could have to shell out thousands.
The Commissioner Of Conservation says Texas Brine could have to pay five thousand dollars a day if they do not retroactively compensate people that have been affected by the mandatory evacuations.
The company has already started paying evacuees about 900 dollars a week.
