Free entertainment Saturday and Bal du Dimanche on Sunday

Lafayette, LA (KADN) — Not ready to end the celebration of the holidays?  Vermilionville Living History Museum and Park is hosting events over the weekend to celebrate the new year.  Tomorrow Vermilionville is hosting a Cajun Jam from 1 to 3:30 pm led by some of the area's finest musicians.  The free Jam is held in the Performance Center of Vermilionville and is open to all skill levels-beginner to professional.  Sunday there will be a Bal du Dimanche with LeRoy Thomas and Zydeco Road Runners from 1 to 4 pm.  You can dance the afternoon away with the band at Vermilionville's weekly Sunday dance.  Refreshments will be available, and it is open to all ages.
