Woman with 2-month-old in car told police she had smoke marijuana
HOUMA, LA (NBC33) — A woman who police said almost struck an officer's vehicle was later charged with driving under the influence of drugs. We're told she had a 2-month-old child in the car with her.
Reports say that Mendy L. Tregle, 23, of Houma, told officers she had smoked marijuana after she was pulled over on Friday, Aug. 17 at about 9:30 p.m.,
Tregle did not have her driver's license with her, police said.
Tregle was arrested and charged with DWI, Child Endangerment, not having her driver's license with her, and Careless Operation. She was taken to the Terrebonne Parish jail and was later released on bond.
