Jordan Jefferson pleads 'no contest' to simple battery charge
BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Former LSU Quarterback Jordan Jefferson was back in court Wednesday to answer to charges from that alleged fight outside Shady's bar.
According to NBC33's Brix Fowler in the courtroom, Jefferson pled no contest to the charge of simple battery.
Jordan was sent back to prison Tuesday after an arrest last week. The Judge said part of the bond conditions from last year's arrest included not getting in trouble. According to the Judge, the arrest Friday on marijuana charges violated those conditions.
He'll be back in court on December 12th to answer to a simple possession of marijuana charge.
