A rare June cold front is making its way across South Louisiana and cooler temps and lower humidity is on the way!
You’ll feel the relief starting tomorrow morning. Morning lows will be near 69 degrees and dewpoints (the true measure of humidity) will be in the dry to comfortable category. Afternoon highs will be below average in the mid 80s! Enjoy it!
Cool readings continue into Wednesday. Morning lows will be in the mid 60s with low humidity. Highs will still be below the 90 degree mark in the upper 80s. Thursday will be much the same.
We’ll continue to warm things up heading into Friday and the weekend with temps near if not above average. Highs will be in the lower 90s and lows will be steamy in the upper 70s. Scattered showers and storms return by the weekend.
Have a great day!
