Not many people like getting bills but but Cox is taking steps to be inclusive with bills in braille. Now those who are visually impaired will have an easier time reading and paying their bills.
They also have another bill with larger font making it easier to read. These new bills are just some of the inclusive features Cox is offering it’s customers and it’s all geared towards their mission of living a more connected life
“Braille bills are gonna be a huge step forward and hopefully a model for other companies to replicate and roll out.” said LCG Disability Awareness Coordinator, Liam Doyle.
“We feel with the accessibility focus, we can of course bring everyone in so it’s not just one age group we are trying to help everyone.” said Lili Hill, Cox Senior Sales and Operations Specialist.
They also offer a wide array of inclusive remotes. Larger frames, bigger buttons and one even has a voice feature. You can talk to the remote and the remote can talk back.
