Expect patchy fog tonight through mid-morning tomorrow. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, dry, and warm, with highs in the lower 80s.
A warm front will lift Wednesday continuing warm temperatures. That’s ahead of a cold front that will bring a line of showers and storms and windy conditions by the second half of Wednesday. We’ll be in the warm sector of this system, so one or two storms could be strong to severe. Portions of Acadiana will be under a Marginal Risk, with the main threat being damaging winds. Showers and storms will continue through Thursday. Front should clear by Thursday night bringing cooler temperatures.
Lingering showers possible on Friday. Friday and the weekend will be cool with more sunshine! Highs will be in the lower 60s and lows in the mid to upper 40s.
