Tonight: Becoming mostly cloudy. Mild. Lo: 62.
Tomorrow: Mostly cloudy with showers and a few thunderstorms. Very warm. Breezy. Hi: 80.
Sunday: Sunny and mild. Hi: 66.
Look for the clouds to be on the increase tonight with mild conditions, but it will be dry. A warm front will push through Acadiana tomorrow and we will make another run for 80 degrees. The warm-up won’t last long though as a cold front pushes through Saturday night. There will be showers and thunderstorms, but the threat for severe weather is a lot lower than it was expected to be as the best severe ingredients will be to our north. It will be quite breezy tomorrow into the early hours on Sunday as the wind shifts with a frontal passage. Look for a much cooler air-mass to move into the Gulf Coast late Sunday into early next week. You can expect 50s for highs Monday and 60s into midweek. Lows will be near freezing Tuesday morning, but a rebound in temps is expected by late-week. It will remain on the dry side for next week.
