It certainly feels more like May versus April right now and that will continue as we get into the next 2 days. We will not see any record highs as we have to reach the low 90s for that. Then, a cold front will move into Acadiana late on Thursday and provide us with showers into Friday. More importantly, humidity levels will drop significantly to end the week and start the weekend. However, a return to the humid conditions will be by Sunday with showers and thunderstorms on and off for the duration of the weekend. The rollercoaster weather continues next week with yet another cold front moving in during the day on Monday. The next cold front will bring very low humidity and clearing conditions with below average high temperatures in the mid 70s.
