Video Forecast

Rain showers will continue to fall through the day today as temperatures begin to fall. The cold front is being forced offshore by a reinforcing shot of cold air through the afternoon. High temperatures for today are occurring in the morning, with afternoon temperatures falling into the 40s. The rain will come to an end this evening, but clouds will stick around. Very strong winds will make tonight very uncomfortable as temperatures fall into the mid 30s area wide. Wind gusts close to 30 mph will be possible. With these strong winds and temperatures in the mid 30s Friday morning, it will feel more like the lower 20s across Acadiana, so grab the heavy coats and layer up tomorrow morning!
