The Louisiana Restaurant Association’s Acadiana Chapter has partnered with the UL-Lafayette hospitality management program.
Wednesday evening they hosted a food and wine soiree that also served as a kick off for Festivals Acadien et Creoles.
All proceeds from the event benefited the LRA’s education foundation and UL’s hospitality program.
“tonight we are having the food and wine soiree,” said Randy Daniel, a member of LRA’s board of directors. “Its a great benefit. We had 50 wines to sample and 25 local restaurants to sample from.”
