SLEMCO crews will be heading to Tri-County Electric Cooperative in Madison, Florida, tomorrow morning to help restore power in areas ravaged by Hurricane Michael. A team of 22 SLEMCO employees will be assisting in power restoration.
SLEMCO crews will include overhead linemen and servicemen, tree trimmers, mechanics, as well as, supervisory and safety personnel.
A wide variety of vehicles and specialized equipment needed to assist in tree removal and restoration of power is being mobilized by the company. Power outages are expected to extensive due to the vast number of trees in the area and the intensity of the storm
