After a rough several days of tropical weather and historical flooding in Northern Acadiana, we are set to return to somewhat normal conditions this week. We are under a threat of scattered showers and storms this afternoon but all the activity should wind down overnight, paving the way for a sunny and pleasant few days. High temperatures will be average for this time of year on Wednesday morning we could see a couple of stray showers and Wednesday and Thursday afternoons and we have only slight chances for pop-up afternoon showers. Otherwise we’ll be in the low 90s with sunny skies. Rain chances go up slightly Friday and into the weekend but temps stay on the normal end and sunshine should be abundant!
